| The FRANK KINSEY RACING SCHOOL has only ONE Instructor -- Frank Kinsey. Frank retired from public school teaching in May 1998 after 35 years as a physical education instructor and athletic coach. Observing, critiquing and coaching physical activities and "breaking them down" into their fundamental skills is what Frank continues to do now as the "Road Race Coach." Frank is the only instructor who brings this unique expertise to the racing school experience. He is both a racer and a professional teacher. | ||
